How to order<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0391. Order via our e-shop<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Browse our e-shop and choose the desired products easily and safely, twenty-four seven.<\/p>\n<p>Complete your order fast and easily following the steps below:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>After finding a desired product, click on &#8220;Add to basket&#8221; next to the product photo. You can continue shopping and make further purchase in the same manner.<\/li>\n<li>When you have completed your adding to the basket step, click on &#8220;Cart&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>During the completion of your order, you are asked to enter your user name and your password if you have already signed up. Otherwise, you are asked to sign up at that point. You may also complete your order as a guest.<\/li>\n<li>In any case, whether as a registered user or as a guest, you must enter all the required fields: full name, address, telephone number, email, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Then, you choose a shipping method as well as a payment method.<\/li>\n<li>Finally, you will receive a confirmation email with your order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u0392. Payment Methods<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Paying for your order can take place in the following ways:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0391. Debit or credit card<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Use a debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners) by any valid bank.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Relevant legislation<\/strong><\/em><em>: In accordance with the Law N.4446\/2016 article 69 \u00a7.2 that has modified article 20 \u00a73 of the Law 3842\/2010 &#8220;Taxation elements\/data\/records of a total amount of more than 500 euro, issued for sales of goods or service provision to individuals, are to be settled by their recipients &#8211; the buyers of those goods or services- strictly with the use of card payment means or other electronic means of payment, including but not limited to bank transfer, payment account, electronic wallet. Cash is a forbidden payment method for those elements.&#8221; Thus, orders of a total value higher than 500 euro including tax and further expenses shall be settled in one of the aforementioned payment methods.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0392. Bank account transfer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can pay for your order by transferring the money to the bank account owned by the business as it appears bellow. Your order number should appear as the reason for payment along with the buyer&#8217;s full name. Your payment code is also available in the confirmation e-mail. The payment can take place via e-banking or at a local branch, using the particular payment code. For safety reasons, <strong><em>Vagia Papageorgiou<\/em><\/strong> shall not store any credit\/debit card details for future use (neither electronically nor in writing), thus the visitor\/subscriber must re-enter the card details every time they place an order. Upon entering the required credit\/debit card details, the visitor\/subscriber explicitly states that they bare the legal right to make use of the credit\/debit card.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>www.vagiapapageorgiou.gr<\/em><\/strong> bares no responsibility in case of illegal use of credit\/debit cards. In this case, the shipping documents should also be provided. In case of an order cancellation that has already been shipped, the products must be returned in an unopened package so that you are entitled to a refund.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Refund takes place within 1-5 days by transfer to the bank account that will be provided by the buyer.<\/p>\n<p>In this case, <strong>the shipping expenses are borne by www.vagiapapageorgiou.gr <\/strong>and the products must be returned intact, enclosing the Return Slip.<\/p>\n<p>Vagia Papageorgiou <strong>bares no responsibility for any damaged products after their use and is not obliged to replace them in any case. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>*In case <strong>there is lack of stock for some products<\/strong> you will be immediately notified via telephone call or via e-mail, as the delivery time in this case may vary.<\/p>\n<p>* Vagia Papageorgiou reserves the right to modify the payment methods and the shipping cost <strong>without any prior notification<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exceptions from the right of withdrawal (returns)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The right of withdrawal does not apply and the buyer cannot exercise this right in the following circumstances:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For products that have been damaged and\/or altered after delivery attributable to the buyer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In any case, it is noted that<strong> a return will be valid only after it is approved by Vagia Papageorgiou.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For you right of withdrawal, you must notify Vagia Papageorgiou <strong>in writing or via e-mail <\/strong>at <strong><em>info@vagiapapageorgiou.gr<\/em><\/strong> For reassurance reasons, Vagia Papageorgiou will notify you with an acknowledgment of receipt of such a withdrawal as soon as it is available.<\/p>\n<p>This withdrawal defies justification and bares no charge. If the order has been delivered, <strong>the buyer must return the product exactly as it was delivered<\/strong>, along with all the documents that it came with and the package being in perfect condition. The return is accepted only on condition that the buyer has completed the full payment of every amount charged to Vagia Papageorgiou for shipping the purchased product, as well as the shipping cost for its return.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Refund based on the right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In case of return based on the right of withdrawal, the buyer can choose one of the following options:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Choose a different product that is available on www.vagiapapageorgiou.gr of the same or different value. In case there is any remaining amount for the purchase, the buyer must choose one more product of the same or higher cost to cover the difference.<\/li>\n<li>Refund takes place only if there is no availablity of a product from the Vagia Papageorgiou collection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Refund takes place in one of the following ways, depending on the payment method used in the first place:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>by canceling the charge\/debit on your credit\/debit card <\/strong>Vagia Papageorgiou notifies the bank on the cancellation of transfer so the bank will take action based on its contract with the client. Upon notification of the bank, Vagia Papageorgiou is not responsible for the time and manner of the reversal regulated by the abovementioned contract<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>or<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>by <strong>refund through a bank transfer to the client&#8217;s account<\/strong>. The refund takes place within 10 business days<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>6. Shipping<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can pick up your order from our shop. The address is 9 Palama Str. Larissa<\/p>\n<p>Shipping takes place via Geniki Taxydromiki throughout Greece. Shipping cost is regulated by Geniki Taxydromiki&#8217;s price list. Orders over 70 euros are free of shipping charge.<\/p>\n<p>All orders are delivered within 5-10 working days from the placement date, depending on the availability as mentioned on the website.<\/p>\n<p>For areas deemed remote by the courier service, the delivery time may vary.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8. Force majeure<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vagia Papageorgiou is not responsible for not fulfilling its contractual obligations when failure to meet obligations is affected by cases of force majeure (including but not limited to unexpected weather phenomena, severe weather conditions, actions or omissions by the State bodies, authorities and services, etc.).<\/p>\n<p><strong>9. Transaction Security<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vagia Papageorgiou acknowledges the importance of compliance to every legal process related to the security of personal data, as well as that of electronic transactions, and has taken all necessary measures to ensure maximum security through the most state-of-the-art and technically advanced methods.
